Leadership Essentials 2009
Building off the tremendous success of our debut season, the Leadership Essentials team is proud to have created
12 new modules, thus doubling the size of the video training library. Best of all, we welcome contributions
from industry leaders including Scott Arizala, Faith Evans, and Cindy Ziobrowski. We're also improving the
functionality of the site, allowing directors to categorize staff, bundle modules, and choose which staff
see which modules. We've also improved the quiz feature, simplified the statistical output, and built new
tutorials. Still wondering whether you'd like to join the hundreds of camps that participated in
Leadership Essentials last year? Read Testimonials of Returning Subscribers.

"We were very pleased with our decision to purchase Leadership Essentials for our staff. Feedback from staff about Leadership Essentials was extremely positive. Every staff member arrived for orientation with a much clearer idea of what we expected from them...and the video training modules gave us a common language and skill set to use throughout the summer. Bottom line: Our staff were ready for their counseling and leadership responsibilities right from opening day. Thank you, Chris. We'll be renewing our subscription in 2009!"
